The regular weekly classes are suitable to all. Everyone can work at their own speed and have time to adjust the weights to suit their ability - so do not be afraid! Classes can include a range of weight training exercises such as deadlifts, squats, chest press, hip thrusts and pull ups. Everyone is friendly and approachable so come along and give it a try!
The beginners workshop is for 2 hours and will go through the fundamental exercises used to weight train. After the session you should be able to use what you have learnt in the gym or you can put it to practice in the regular classes.
