Girls Who Lift Founder Abi Hardy offers 1-2-1 personal training. These training sessions are suitable for clients to do in addition to the classes or as an alternative for those who can't make the classes.

The personal training sessions are tailored to meet each client's needs. They are designed to help the clients achieve their goals from simply learning to lift weights as a beginner, progressing in their strength journey or simply maintaining the strength they already have.

In addition to weight training Abi can also incorporate HIIT and cardio workouts to help improve fitness levels.

Personal training can be done at the private studio in Wandsworth Town, South West London SW18 1SS or can be done via zoom.
