    We work together to support and encourage each other to achieve our very best in every class. The classes are for like-minded women who want to work out without judgement and have fun.

    Weight training won’t make women big, it will help you to lose weight and tone up whilst getting strong.

  • DURING LOCKDOWN - Wednesdays & Fridays 12.30pm on Zoom ONLY
  • No equipment needed but if you have some please feel free to use it during the session.
    In the studio at Local Motion: (post lockdown)
  • 12.30pm Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Online via Zoom: 12.30pm Wednesdays & Fridays
  • (Duration 1hr)
  • £15 studio session / £6 Zoom (no weights needed)
